In the Old Testament our father Abraham built an altar unto the Lord, this is a type or shadow of Christ. The altar is always known as the place where the blood is shed, in Christianity Jesus blood was shed for the remission of all sin. In that day Abraham built a real physical altar today we have a spiritual altar, it is known as our born again spirit. This too is the place where His Blood is shed, not just once but continuously. This clean, sanctified, holy ground is the Temple of God. Yes it is our place of prayer, so always look inward for conversations with Jesus Christ and your Heavenly Father for your answers in life. Praying in tongues is one way to meet at that altar of God to build up your spirit for the things of God. Praying the solutions found in the word of God is another way to keep that altar holy and pure. Studying the word of God and biblical principles for all your spiritual solutions to natural and soulish concerns is what prepares you to understand God at that altar. We should always remember whatever we do in word or deed is enhanced by praise and worship at this altar of God. God is there and He always has the appropriate answer to each one of your specific situations that challenge your life! The Christian must realize that he or she does not have to wait until they have a problem to go to this altar because we are encouraged to attended altar services daily and continuously to partake of divine fellowship with our Heavenly Father and Lord Jesus. We need to talk to the Lord and commune with our Loving Father to fulfill His Will upon the earth. However, we should also strongly desire just to be with our spiritual family simply because we love them so much. Knowing that in the Presence of the Lord is fullness of Joy experienced at God’s altar inside of you. Amen!
